• Danceoholics Unanimous 2nd Friday (other than January): - a small informal group who get together to laugh, chat and dance a lot. An eclectic mix from different traditions - Australian, Contra, Irish, Earthly Delights, English Country, ... Try something different! or can't wait until the next big public dance? 7:30-10:30pm. • International The Hobart Multicultural Dance Group "is an informal group of people who meet regularly to share folk dances from a wide range of cultures. • Sacred Circle Dancing " uses traditional folk dances and contemporary circle dances to celebrate the rhythms of life. In Sacred Dance we aim to honour both the traditions of the dance and how the dance affects us. By sharing dance in a circle we grow in community. Sacred Dance is at 7pm the third Sunday in each month, St James Church Hall, off Rupert St, North Hobart. Each Sunday has a specific theme and all dances are taught.
